Team announced for Championship Cup final.

The excitement is building; the tension is mounting, as Bedwas RFC look forward to taking on Bridgend Athletic RFC in the Championship Cup final on Sunday at the National Stadium (kick-off 3-15pm).

Before the game Head Coach Pat McGee said “This Sunday marks a huge occasion for everyone connected with Bedwas RFC as we take to the field in the Championship Cup Final.

Reaching this stage is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and character shown by our players, coaches, and staff throughout the season. Every training session, every tough game, and every challenge along the way has brought us to this moment.

Finals are special occasions and opportunities that don’t come around often. The squad has prepared well, and the players are determined to represent the club, the village, and our supporters with pride. We know the challenge ahead will be a tough one, but it’s one we are excited to face.

We’d also like to thank our supporters who have backed us throughout the season. Your support home and away has played a huge part in getting us to this final, and we hope to see as many Bedwas supporters as possible on Sunday to get behind the team.

Whatever happens, the boys will leave everything on the pitch”.
