Senghenydd RFC celebrate 125 years

Senghenydd RFC will be holding their 125th Anniversary celebrations this Friday.

A milestone that holds within it so many special individual & collective sporting legacies.

A badge steeped in its own unique history that’s delivered so much to its community in good times but also in times of need.

A club that to this day, holds a very special place in the hearts of so many as it continues to fly the flag for rugby across the valley through its Senghenydd RFC Minis & Juniors, Senghenydd RFC Youth, Sirens & Mens Seniors sections.

Senghenydd RFC warmly extend an invite for all who can, to join us at π’πžπ§π π‘πžπ§π²ππ 𝐑𝐅𝐂 on π…π«π’ππšπ² 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 ππ¨π―πžπ¦π›πžπ« to celebrate the clubs special anniversary and to nod our caps to all those both past and present who have contributed towards its success and longevity.

An exciting & unforgettable evening is planned, including an extra special fixture that will see a π’πžπ§π π‘πžπ§π²ππ 𝐑𝐅𝐂, 𝐍𝐞π₯𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐅𝐂 & 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚π₯π₯𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐅𝐂 combined side take on a team representing  π‚πšπžπ«π©π‘𝐒π₯π₯𝐲 𝐑𝐅𝐂, 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐅𝐂 & 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐑𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐅𝐂 from 7pm. The squads for each side are posted below.

 

 

With performances from Aber Valley Male Voice Choir, special guests, food & entertainment in addition, the Welfare Ground will be well set to welcome you all to share in our anniversary celebrations!
