Bedwas RFC is extremely saddened to announce the passing of Mr Philip Evans, who recently celebrated his 88th birthday.
Phil was a long-term member of the Club having played for the Second XV before becoming Club Secretary, Committee member and Life Member.
Phil was one of those people who everyone respected and admired. He leaves behind his wife Yvonne, sons Martyn, Jeff and Steve.
We wish to convey our deepest condolences to his family and those close to him at this sad time.
Funeral arrangements will be published when known.
