Festive period opening hours at Bedwas RFC-updated 26/12

Christmas Opening at Bedwas RFC 

Following the latest Welsh Government announcement, we have had to cancel the festive entertainment planned at Bedwas RFC. This means we will not be able to go ahead with our Boxing Day gig with Chaos Light and there will be no karaoke on New Years Eve. 

We will remain open through the Christmas period with the following opening dates and times.

Thursday 23 December: 7pm-11.30pm
Friday 24 December: 5pm-11pm (closed by 9pm if we’re very quiet)
Christmas Day: 11am-1pm
Boxing Day: Midday-1am
Mon 27-Wed 29 December: CLOSED
Thursday 30 December: 7pm-11.30pm
New Years Eve: CLOSED
New Years Day: 2pm-11.30pm
Sunday 2 January: CLOSED

UPDATE

From Boxing Day onwards, you will need to obey the rule of 6 to a table, provide track and trace details on arrival and wear a mask when moving about the club – even if you do bring your own cheese platter! 

We know these restrictions are no fun and we’re gutted about them too. But please, help us stick to them and do continue to show us your support as we all look forward to a fantastic Christmas together at the club.

We’re open from midday today until late so you can join us for a traditional Boxing Day drink and to enjoy what’s left of the televised sport!

Now, as of today, we’re subject to the rule of 6 to a table, masks must be worn to the club and you’ll need to sign in on entry.

Please note, as we are now running table service, we will only be able to take card payments.

We don’t like the rules any more than you do so your support with this is greatly appreciated.
