News of re-signings and new additions to the squad for the 2022-23 season will regularly appear on the website.

We start with two players who need no introduction to Bedwas supporters:

Bedwas RFC is delighted to announce that hooker Mike Dacey has committed to Bedwas RFC for another season. Mike first joined Bedwas RFC in 2017 and has made 75 appearances for the club, scoring 16 tries.

We are also very pleased to announce that centre Lewis Bowden has also signed on the dotted line for a further season.

Such was Lewis’s impact last season he recently collected the Player of the Year Award at the recent end of season presentation evening. Lewis made two appearances for Bedwas in the 2014-15 season before re-joining the club in 2018 scoring eight tries.
