Team news for the visit of Cardiff Met RFC-Game on following pitch inspection

GAME ON FOLLOWING PITCH INSPECTION. (UPDATED 23 November 09-40hrs)

It’s a home game at Bedwas on Saturday as we welcome Cardiff Met RFC to the Bridgefield on Saturday (kick-off 2-30pm).

After last week’s endeavours our unbeaten run in league fixtures remains intact but the coaches are expecting a stern test from the Cyncoed students.

Head Coach Stefan Sankala makes a few changes. Dale Rogers misses out following injury in the first half at Tata Steel last week so Owen Jones comes in at Number 8. Rhys Hutcherson comes in a tight head prop at Owen Ford’s expense and Gareth Allen comes in at lock forward replacing Matthew Bovington who moves to the bench.

In the backs Bradley Williams takes over the fly half jersey with Dion McIntosh moving to the bench and after initial difficulties with registration issues winger Marley Finn from Bridgnorth but studying in South Wales comes in on the right wing.

The selected twenty are: 15. James Hallett, 14. Marley Finn, 13. Callum Williams, 12. Lewis Bowden, 11. Josh Jones, 10. Bradley Williams, 9. Owain Keane; 1. Tom Devine, 2. Mike Dacey, 3. Rhys Hutcherson, 4. Craig Hudd, 5. Gareth Allen, 6. James Richards, 7. Jonathan Armitage ©, 8. Owen Jones.

Replacements:

16. Jamie Tucker, 17. Lewis Davies, 18. Matthew Bovington, 19. Matt Bancroft, 20. Dion McIntosh.
