This week it’s round three of the WRU Challenge Plate and Bedwas will be looking to build on last week’s eight try win over Tata Steel as they head west to Trebanos RFC (kick-off 2-30pm, Trebanos Park, SA8 4BR) but do so with some changes to last week’s team.
Scrum half Rory Harries has been selected to play for Cardiff RFC and joins them on permit for the day but coming the other way are former Bedwas hooker Alun Rees and tight head prop Ollie Drake. Craig Hudd returns to the second row with Cai James coming into the back row, Rhys Jones moving to the bench.
Behind the scrum Keian Richards comes in at scrum half on permit from Cardiff Met RFC. Dafydd Thomas and Liam C. Jenkins occupy the wings with Alec Jones moving to the bench.
