Bedwas play their penultimate league match of the 2021-22 season at Pontypool Park on Saturday (kick-off 2-30pm).
There are a few changes to the team that defeated Narberth last time out.
Alec Jones and Dafydd Thomas swap positions to left wing and outside centre respectively, Rory Harries comes back in at scrum half partnering the fit again Matt Bancroft in the half backs.
Up front Dale Rogers is restored to the hooker berth with Alex Bourne returning at Number 8. The remaining forwards maintain their playing positions.
On the bench tight head prop Rhys James returns to Bedwas and Corey Bushell-Thomas replaces Owen Jones.
