Bedwas RFC is saddened to announce the passing of David Pesci, grandfather of current Bedwas Barbarians player Tyler.
He passed peacefully after a short, but tremendous battle on Monday evening, surrounded by his family. We offer our condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
Paying tribute to his grandfather on Facebook Tyler said ‘He was the most hardworking, caring and selfless man you could ever meet, and at the age of 79 he was still in work the day he got taken ill’.
His funeral will take place at Thornhill Crematorium on Monday 3rd April 2023 at 11-00am, followed by refreshments at Manor Parc Hotel, Thornhill, everyone welcome.
