Bedwas RFC AGM Supporting Documents
Ahead of the 2022 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 27 September at 7pm, members are advised to familiarise themselves with the documents below. These are also available over the bar at the club.
Please note the proposed resolutions for the meeting, which will include a presentation and a vote (via the three proposed resolutions) on a new organisational structure for the club which will make the club eligible for Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) status and all the advantages that brings with it.
