Autumn International Tickets Requests

 

I am pleased to share the news that sponsors, Vice-Presidents and members may now submit requests to the club to purchase tickets for the Autumn Internationals taking place in Cardiff from next month.

 

Wales’ autumn schedule is as follows:

 

• Saturday 30 October: Wales v New Zealand at 5.15pm
• Saturday 6 November: Wales v South Africa at 5.30pm
• Sunday 14 November: Wales v Fiji at 3.15pm
• Saturday 20 November: Wales v Australia at 5.30pm

 

You may apply for as many tickets as you wish for any of the games and we will do our best to facilitate your request, however we cannot guarantee tickets or prices. Members’  requests will be replied to on a first come, first served basis. The availability of tickets will be based on the number we have after meeting our obligations to sponsors. Please note, this means that we are likely to have very limited availability for tickets to Wales v New Zealand, so please temper your expectations.

 

To request tickets, you must:

Either, email Will Rees, Secretary via rees.w@icloud.com 

Or, submit a dated request in writing to Will Rees which can be left at the club.  

 

Club sponsors may submit requests via Peter Browning. 

 

Please do not request tickets by any other means (including verbally) as they will not be considered. This is to ensure a fair, equal and manageable system. 

 

Once tickets are released by the WRU in October, they will be relayed to you via the Principality Ticketing App on your smartphone. Unfortunately, this is the only way you can enter the stadium and receive your tickets as the Union will not issue paper tickets. You will also need to download the Welsh Government COVID passport if you wish to attend. Before you can receive your tickets, the club will need to have received payment via cash, bank transfer or cheque. 

 

Once sponsors and members have been given ample opportunity to request tickets, we will then release our remaining allocation to wider members of the local community to purchase.
