Bedwas head to local rivals Cross Keys on Saturday in a very good place as they seek a fifth successive victory. Head coach Ian Gardner has a settled side to choose from with few changes from last week. Rory Budina, Adam Williams, Steffan Jones and Nicky Griffiths all return to the starting backs after injury and unavailability last week. Up front Dale Rogers moves up from the bench and Geraint Edmunds starts, again having returned to fitness.
Gardner was very pleased with his side’s second half show last week but will be wary of the danger Cross Keys can pose, especially on their home turf.
Recent Bedwas selections Robson Blake, George Gasson and Joe Davies are all representing the Dragons in Ulster this weekend; we wish them good luck.
The team selected is: 15. Aaron Bramwell, 14. Rory Budina, 13. Mike Callow, 12. Adam Williams, 11. Matthew John, 10. Steffan Jones, 9. Nicky Griffiths ©, 1. Dan Preece, 2. Dale Rogers, 3. Chris Budgen, 4. Geraint Edmunds, 5. Craig Hudd, 6. Andrew Waite, 7. George Lee, 8. Nathan Hudd.
