Late morning start in Cardiff

Bedwas travel to Cardiff for an early starting game hoping to get back on the winning trail having only picked up losing bonus points in their last three Premiership games.

Ross Wardle continues to be absent through injury and with Matthew Pewtner unavailable Lewis Robling moves to outside centre with Ethan Davies starting at fly half following his release from Wales Under 20 duties.

Up front Deri Mattravers takes break from number 8 duties with Sam Feehan taking over that role. Simon Grainger is still injured so Tom Organ starts at open side flanker. Phil Rees partners Kyle Maiden in the second row in place of James Thomas who is on the bench. Ian George and Mathew Pettit start at prop with former Cardiff players Kris Gay and Dan Preece reverting to the bench.
