Llandovery RFC v Bedwas RFC Saturday 03 November, kick-off 2-30pm
Joint second placed Bedwas travel to unbeaten table-topping Llandovery in what will hopefully be an exciting game.
Boosted by their first away win of the season at Cross Keys Bedwas face unbeaten Llandovery showing just three changes. James Richards starts at lock forward in place of Phil Rees who moves to the bench, similarly Josh Davies starts at scrum half in place of Tom Rowlands who is benched. Ryan Owen returns after injury to take a place on the right wing in place of Rory Budina.
Bedwas and Llandovery have met on twenty four times, Bedwas being successful on fourteen occasions and four times in the last five meetings.
Bedwas forwards coach Ian Gardner is expecting another tough fixture. ‘This will be another hard game against unbeaten Llandovery. We built up a healthy lead last week and then fronted up well to defend that lead before gaining a valuable win’ ‘We are expecting much the same this week and are looking forward to the challenge’ he said.
